POTFF will identify and implement innovative, persistent and valuable solutions across the USSOCOM enterprise aimed at tangibly improving career long occupational capacity, enduring health and ability to remain highly resistant to extreme combat and inter-deployment stress. USSOCOM is implementing a set of initiatives designed to enhance the resilience and well-being of SOF and their families throughout the USSOCOM enterprise. These initiatives are largely preventive in nature and are intended to reduce incidences of behavioral health problems throughout the force. The POTFF initiative consists of four primary lines of effort (LoE): Human Performance (HP), Behavioral Health, Spiritual Enhancement, and Social/Family Programs.
